Sadie, the sweet 2.5 year old traveled to Ohio to be vetted. She will be evaluated and fostered by Buckeye Basset Hound Rescue. Welcome to the pack Sadie!

At Buckeye Basset Hound Rescue, we strive to get the hounds out of the shelter as soon as possible. We rely on a network of volunteers throughout Ohio and neighboring states to help facilitate the transition between shelters and our fosters.

Utilize the link to be directed to our volunteer opportunities page. Download the Transport Volunteer Form and mail it to our Secretary Brenda at the address listed. Also, those who are able to submit the form electronically with digital signature may submit the form via email.

Foster - CLICK HERE

Utilize the link to be directed to our Foster Volunteer Application. One of our volunteers will contact you to follow-up on your application. We receive many applications and only a few volunteers to process them, so it can sometimes take a while.
